When you made the comment the active theme was Twenty Ten, so you might argue that it wasn't a Wonder - more a basic or vanilla site ( a WoB or a WoV therefore?). But hey, what's in a name. It's no longer a one-page site. What makes the 'Wonder' is not just the custom themeing (the template). It's the fact that it has enough functionality to allow you and others to share the content of the site with others. AND you - the website owner - are able to do it yourself.
